Karen Cuskey-Hartman is a 20 year resident of East Dallas that has one mission in life – leave the world better than she found it.
Karen Hartman first accomplished this mission via her award-winning philanthropy and marketing; and in 2004, she was licensed so that she could bring the mission to real estate. She so enjoyed it that in 2015 she sold her interest in an advertising and promotions agency to join Coldwell-Banker full time. She has never looked back!
Karen’s marketing experience gives her clients a clear advantage. She sells homes quickly and uses clever tactics to break through the clutter. She often partners homes with like-minded, like hearted brands or charities for the purpose of benefiting both the listing and the brand/charity. For example, Karen has turned an empty home listing into an art gallery. The purpose? To cross pollinate high-income databases with the artist. This tactic not only sold the home in less than two weeks (previously on the market for triple digit days), it also sold $40,000 in art.
Karen currently sits on boards for Taylor’s Gift and Big Brothers/Sisters and she and her husband are grateful contributors to Munger Place Church.
